QA Engineer (Products BE)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts.
• Translate functional requirements and user stories into test cases.
• Execute manual and automated tests covering software functionality and performance.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues.
• Improve QA processes and tools while participating in Agile ceremonies.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for assigned software functionalities and collaborate with developers, functional analysts, and product owners.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar software development role.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Ranorex, or Playwright.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as Git or Azure DevOps.
• Experience testing APIs with tools such as Postman.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of payroll processes and systems.
• Familiarity with SQL and databases, particularly IBM DB2.
• Programming or scripting experience with C# or Java.
• Knowledge of BDD practices such as Reqnroll.
• Experience with performance and security testing.
