What you will do

• Design and deliver end-to-end SAP test strategies, defining scope, objectives, automation approach, and the defect management lifecycle.
• Lead risk assessments and workshops to ensure a smart, risk-based testing approach.
• Partner with stakeholders to align projects and report progress, risks, and actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Drive test execution planning, preparation, and defect resolution across every phase of transformation.
• Develop tailored approaches for new SAP testing opportunities and champion SAP Business Assurance.
• Create learning plans to boost SAP testing skills and inspire excellence across the team.

Requirements

• Must live in Belgium.
• Fluent in Dutch OR French, and fluent in English.
• Proven experience as a Test Manager on SAP projects.
• Strong communication skills and experience leading teams.
