What you will do
- Design and deliver end-to-end SAP test strategies, including scope, objectives, test levels, automation, and defect management.
- Lead risk assessments, testing workshops, planning, preparation, execution, and defect resolution across SAP transformation projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to report progress, risks, and actionable insights.
- Develop tailored approaches for SAP testing opportunities and promote the SAP Business Assurance pathway.
- Support pre-sales, business development, thought leadership, and client confidence in SAP testing.
- Create learning plans and develop SAP testing capabilities across the team.
Requirements
- Experience as a Test Manager on SAP projects.
- Must live in Belgium.
- Fluent English and fluent Dutch or French.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
