• Design and guide scalable, secure, and sustainable enterprise solutions for MarTech and CRM environments.
• Translate business strategy into solution architecture and collaborate with IT and business users on technology strategies.
• Participate in projects involving marketing technology, relationship management systems, and downstream data usage.
• Maintain operating procedures, technical documentation, policies, and architecture-related materials.
• Manage security, user access, application optimization, integrations, and data integrity.
• Support change management, system and user acceptance testing, user training, and technical support documentation.

• At least 7 years of experience leading enterprise environment design.
• Progressive experience with marketing and relationship management systems and project management.
• Strong experience gathering, facilitating, documenting, and managing business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Strong experience with configuration, integration, architecture, and reporting for marketing and relationship management systems.
• Experience working in Agile environments and with Agile delivery tools.
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience and training.
