Dynamics 365/Azure Healthcare Solution Architect (Healthcare)

Location: US-wide remote with some travel

Salary: £150,000–£175,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and deliver enterprise healthcare solutions using Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Architect Specialty Hub, Patient Access Services, Specialty Pharmacy, and patient support solutions.
• Translate healthcare business needs into scalable technology solutions with product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Design custom applications, APIs, integrations, data models, and automation using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs, and Azure services.
• Establish architecture standards, development guidelines, ALM processes, and enterprise integration strategies.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and clear communication of architecture decisions across technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Strong experience designing enterprise healthcare technology solutions.
• Experience with Patient Access Services, Specialty Hubs, Specialty Pharmacy, or patient support programs.
• Understanding of benefits verification, prior authorization, copay assistance, and patient enrollment workflows.
• Strong Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform experience.
• Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, APIs, enterprise integrations, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Ability to design solutions beyond Dynamics and Azure and select appropriate technologies for business needs.
