Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Location: Remote in the United States or in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, or Ontario, Canada. Travel to offices, client worksites, and industry events across the United States and Canada may be required, up to 25%.

Salary: US $174,100–$216,800 annually; Canada C$161,000–C$200,000 annually.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end solution architecture and delivery for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform engagements.
• Gather requirements with business analysts and stakeholders, define functional visions, and guide design decisions.
• Create solution blueprints covering scope, estimates, assumptions, implementation plans, architecture diagrams, ERDs, and business process options.
• Lead project teams through complex implementations and ensure accurate delivery of project plans.
• Design solutions using native Dynamics and Power Platform capabilities, custom development, integrations, and third-party software.
• Communicate solutions to technical and non-technical audiences, lead client meetings, and support proposals, upgrades, and statements of work.

Requirements

• 8+ years implementing, configuring, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 CE, plus 5+ years implementing Power Platform.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM 2011–2016, Dynamics 365 CE, and CE applications including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights–Journeys, and Project Operations.
• At least one Microsoft certification, including PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Visio or similar tools, Power BI, Power Apps Studio, Power Platform Admin Center, Copilot Studio, .NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, C#, and Dynamics CRM SDK.
• Experience with requirements elicitation, business process modeling, data analysis, integration planning, quality assurance and testing, documentation, training, risk management, and project support.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of enterprise resource applications, preferably Business Central and Finance & Operations.
• Industry experience in agriculture, industrial machinery, construction, or specialty construction.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field.
