Investment Managing Director (Investment Management)

Location: OH - Cleveland (44114); in-office role

Base salary: $214,500–$445,500 annually, plus incentive eligibility based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

What you will do

• Direct the investment function and provide strategic direction for investment portfolios and critical performance measurements.
• Partner with senior leadership on client investment initiatives, new products, investment strategy, and customer needs.
• Establish and maintain investment management policies, escalating audit, compliance, regulatory, and other risk issues.
• Lead special projects, practice management initiatives, client experience improvements, and business growth objectives.
• Oversee investment advisors and investment product managers, including career development and local investment management delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
• At least 5 years of prior management experience and demonstrated leadership across a large scope of responsibility.
• Experience with investment management, portfolio management, financial modeling, finance strategy, and risk management.
