Salary: $245,250–$408,750 annually

What you will do

• Lead financial management for Retirement Solutions and Investment Management, providing accurate and actionable financial data, forecasts, reporting, and business insights.
• Influence strategies balancing long-term growth, profitability, competitiveness, and risk management.
• Lead strategic planning, annual operating plans, budgets, initiative prioritization, and funding decisions.
• Oversee financial analytics, modeling, product profitability, pricing, regulatory compliance, Board reporting, and distribution-channel profitability.
• Maintain pricing models and assumptions, support product development and innovation, and assess business risks and opportunities.
• Oversee the Request for Proposal process, develop acquisition and retention strategies with sales, and serve as President of hirify.global Trust Company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field.
• FSA, CPA, or a similar certification.
• Typically 15 or more years of functional experience.
• Typically 10 or more years of people-management and industry experience.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, financial acumen, communication, presentation, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
