Associate Director, VP - Relationship Manager, Project Finance and Infrastructure (Project Finance)

Location: Cleveland, OH; office-based workplace. The position may be filled at any Huntington Bank corporate office location. Certain positions may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement, subject to hiring team approval.

Salary: $73,000–$175,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

hirify.global is expanding its specialized Project Finance and Infrastructure business within its Structured Finance group.

What you will do

• Originate and execute project finance and infrastructure transactions across the capital stack.
• Lead analytical financial structuring and oversee the development of detailed financial models.
• Support construction financing and back-leverage term financing transactions.
• Coordinate technical, legal, and structuring due diligence with internal and external stakeholders.
• Present proposed transactions to management and credit groups and support ongoing management of booked assets.
• Prospect new clients, prepare marketing materials, and work with internal product groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an additional four years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project finance and infrastructure.
• Experience building and working with financial models.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and responsibilities in an intense, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate with Managing Directors, Associates, Portfolio Managers, internal product groups, management, and credit teams.

Nice to have

• Positive track record in energy and/or non-energy infrastructure finance.
• Experience developing client relationships and taking ownership of deal processes.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and new tools.
