Vice President- Transformation (AI)

Location: Los Angeles HQ; onsite

What you will do

• Own and drive the enterprise transformation roadmap in alignment with company priorities and business objectives.
• Lead the AI transformation agenda in partnership with the CTO.
• Translate initiatives into workstreams with accountable owners, timelines, success metrics, and measurable outcomes.
• Identify improvements across operating models, processes, systems, tooling, and decision-making frameworks.
• Drive organizational change management and adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Partner with executive and functional leaders to establish accountability, operating cadence, progress visibility, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience leading enterprise transformation at a high-growth, complex, or scaling organization.
• Strong operational capability spanning strategy development and execution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale change management and organizational adoption.
• Experience influencing senior executives and driving outcomes through collaboration and alignment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Curiosity about AI and its application to business operations and ways of working.
