VP, Tech Programs & Operations Modernization (AI)

Location: Stamford, Connecticut, United States. Hybrid work is available from home near a hirify.global Hub, with required commuting to the nearest virtual or physical Hub for in-person meetings, training, and culture events. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Salary: $150,000–$250,000 USD annual, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead large-scale enterprise technology and operations transformation programs across Agile Release Trains and multiple workstreams.
• Define program vision, execution strategies, roadmaps, priorities, milestones, and measurable business outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional technology and business resources, systems integrators, external dependency teams, and third-party partners.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, risks, dependencies, sequencing, escalation, and delivery governance.
• Coach leaders and teams on Lean-Agile and SAFe practices while standardizing communications, metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Drive AI adoption, operational modernization, process streamlining, and automation to improve speed, quality, and cost-to-serve.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 12+ years of technology experience and 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• 8+ years designing, developing, and implementing information systems.
• 10+ years of program management experience with strong practical expertise in Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Strong understanding of servicing and collections operations, enabling technology stacks, and supporting infrastructure.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives at enterprise scale and work across geographies and functions.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

• Deep knowledge of SAFe and experience delivering high-impact business and technology transformation programs.
• Strong servicing and collections business acumen and product knowledge.
