Warehouse/Inventory Clerk (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Perform routine and scheduled cycle counts and enter results in inventory systems.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and support inventory adjustments.
• Provide receiving support and verify product quantities, lot numbers, and storage locations.
• Pull and stage orders, prepare assembly kits, and assist with packaging and shipping.
• Document warehouse transactions accurately and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support general warehouse operations and manage competing priorities during high-volume periods.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to lift, move, and organize materials, including occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform frequent standing, reaching, stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, and crawling.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Oracle or other ERP systems.
