Warehouse & Logistics Technician

Location: Round Rock, Texas, United States — onsite

Salary: $21.00–$27.00 per hour

What you will do

• Receive purchase orders, customer-supplied materials, consignment inventory, and other shipments; inspect quantities, condition, documentation, and part numbers.
• Process receiving, inventory, material transfer, and shipping transactions in ERP/MRP systems.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, audits, FIFO practices, and discrepancy investigations.
• Pick, stage, issue, replenish, and kit materials for production while maintaining lot and serial number traceability.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment; package products and prepare shipping documentation.
• Coordinate domestic and international freight shipments and work with Planning, Production, Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Customer Service to meet delivery commitments.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or material-handling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems for inventory transactions and ability to interpret work orders, purchase orders, packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping documentation.
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and frequently stand, walk, bend, and reach in a manufacturing environment.

• Inventory control and cycle count experience.
• Knowledge of lot control, serial number tracking, and material traceability.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations and shipping domestic and international freight.
