Pick / Pack / Ship Material Handler (Nuclear)

Location: Onsite in Middleburg Heights, Ohio, United States

Salary: $21–$22 per hour

What you will do

• Prepare, load, and unload shipments, including documentation and inspection.
• Receive products, verify them against purchase orders and invoices, document receipts, and reject unsatisfactory items.
• Process materials, identify damage and discrepancies, and deliver products to stock locations.
• Perform final inspections using tape measures, calipers, and other measuring devices.
• Package products for shipment through UPS, FedEx, or freight carriers.
• Recommend process improvements and assist with cycle-count inventory.

Requirements

• Experience in material handling, order picking and packing, or warehouse operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to count, measure, calculate, and convert units for product inspection and packaging.
• Ability to use hand tools to cut, package, and secure products for shipment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted and stand, bend, and lift during an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to use rolling and fixed ladders, including climbing up to 18 feet to pick products.

Nice to have

• Forklift certification.
