Inventory Control Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Salary: $21–$25 per hour, depending on skills and experience

What you will do

• Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and system transactions.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.
• Process receipts, transfers, adjustments, and returns in SAP and MES.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, shrinkage, and turnover metrics and recommend improvements.
• Support inventory control procedures, process improvement initiatives, and material flow operations.
• Operate a forklift safely and maintain a clean, safe work environment while collaborating across teams.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in inventory control, materials management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse operations.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or a similar ERP or inventory management system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, communication, teamwork, and time management.
• Ability to work in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment and use a forklift safely.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments.
• Familiarity with cycle counting programs and inventory auditing techniques.
