Sr Consultant, Pharmacy Business Manager

What you will do

• Develop data-driven solutions and programs that improve pharmacy financial and operational performance.
• Manage project plans across multiple client engagements, priorities, and delivery milestones.
• Lead client meetings, project discussions, presentations, and executive updates.
• Perform advanced data analysis, financial modeling, benchmarking, and dashboard development.
• Optimize 340B and WAC purchasing strategies, contract performance, regulatory considerations, and savings opportunities.
• Collaborate with supplier, analytics, spend management, and pharmacy leadership stakeholders on contracting and value-based agreements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in pharmacy operations, pharmacy business management, GPO, or healthcare consulting.
• Expertise in analytics, financial modeling, and manipulating large datasets.
• Experience interpreting and presenting complex operational and financial information to pharmacy and executive leadership.
• Strong project management, organizational, written, verbal communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet client needs and timetables.
