Location: Perth Amboy, New Jersey, United States; in-office at the Perth Amboy branch

Salary: $49,500–$82,500 annually, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and position appropriate hirify.global banking solutions to improve financial wellbeing and increase loyalty.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, lobby engagement, teller interactions, and service-to-sales conversations.
• Build customer share of wallet through community and ecosystem partnerships.
• Educate customers on transaction-management options, digital tools, and banking products.
• Resolve customer problems, manage risk, and support accurate daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience may be considered; no degree is required.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, customer service, prospecting, and sales.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and customer-needs assessment skills.
• Successful candidates are subject to applicable background checks and regulatory requirements.
