Salary: Starting pay of $23 per hour

What you will do

• Welcome customers and provide a positive branch experience.
• Assist with deposits, withdrawals, and other everyday banking transactions.
• Understand customers’ financial needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Guide customers toward improved financial well-being, including savings and retirement planning.
• Build customer relationships through proactive outreach.
• Follow bank policies, regulations, and applicable laws.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual Spanish ability is required by the position title.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite at the posted Boulder branch.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System is required.
• Must meet applicable financial responsibility, character, credit fitness, background investigation, and ongoing regulatory standards.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Retail banking experience.
