Bilingual Spanish Branch Manager (Banking)

What you will do

• Manage branch activities, profitability, sales performance, operations, customer experience, and digital engagement.
• Lead, coach, develop, interview, and manage branch staff, including performance evaluations and staffing decisions.
• Grow Retail and Business Banking relationships through prospecting, outreach, product recommendations, and community involvement.
• Identify customer needs and provide short- and long-term banking solutions while taking ownership of complex servicing and error-resolution issues.
• Independently process Business Banking loan requests up to $250,000.
• Maintain operational controls, compliance, security, fraud prevention, audit requirements, and SAFE Act registration standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least three years of sales experience and two years of managerial experience or demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong knowledge of Business Banking products, services, profitability, and client relationship management.
• Fluent verbal and written English and Spanish; proficiency will be assessed.
• Ability to coach exceptional customer service, communicate across organizational levels, and manage priorities effectively.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet, and email.

• Strong financial services product knowledge.
• M&T Way Certification, Precision Leadership Certification, and bilingual Spanish experience.
