What you will do

• Assess customer needs, profile sales opportunities, open accounts, and make outbound calls focused on customer leads.
• Identify financial needs and present suitable banking products and services in partnership with internal teams.
• Onboard new customers and build trust with existing customers through proactive email and phone outreach.
• Schedule and prepare for customer appointments, conduct sales interactions, and complete follow-up.
• Provide branch servicing support and help manage customer flow, sales, service, and referral activity.
• Follow KYC, CIP, SAFE Act, fraud prevention, audit, and operational risk requirements.

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish and English communication, verbally and in writing; language proficiency is assessed.
• High school diploma or GED plus at least two years of retail sales, call center, customer service, or telesales experience, or at least one year of proactive sales experience.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, organization, time-management, prioritization, and customer-service skills.
• Financial services product knowledge and the ability to communicate tactfully with internal and external customers.
• Proficiency with internet user-level technology and ability to work in a face-to-face branch environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, use communication equipment, read fine print, and lift objects weighing 5–30 pounds.

• Associate degree.
