Pipeline Bilingual Spanish/English Branch Manager - Northern VA Branches

Salary: $72,200–$120,300 USD per year

What you will do

• Manage branch operations, profitability, sales performance, customer experience, digital engagement, transactions, and servicing.
• Lead, coach, develop, staff, and evaluate branch employees while maintaining accountability for performance.
• Grow Retail and Business Banking relationships through proactive outreach, outside calling, sales activities, and community involvement.
• Identify customer needs and provide short- and long-term banking solutions, including processing Business Banking loan requests up to $250,000.
• Resolve complex account servicing and customer issues, including escalations, while coordinating with internal business partners.
• Maintain compliance, security, fraud prevention, audit, SAFE Act registration, licensing, and operational risk standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least three years of sales experience and two years of management experience or demonstrated leadership ability.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish is required; proficiency is assessed.
• Strong knowledge of Business Banking products, services, profitability, and client relationship management.
• Ability to use common PC software, including Microsoft Office, word processing, spreadsheets, email, and internet tools.
• Ability to maintain required SAFE Act registration and complete applicable insurance licensing and Business Banking Specialist requirements.
