Pipeline Bilingual Spanish/English Branch Manager (Banking)

Salary: $72,200–$120,300 USD annually

What you will do

• Manage branch activities, profitability, sales, operations, transactions, servicing, and digital engagement.
• Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate branch staff, including hiring and performance management.
• Identify retail and business banking needs and grow business banking relationships through proactive outreach and community involvement.
• Maintain customer service standards, resolve complex account servicing issues, and take ownership of escalated problems through resolution.
• Process Business Banking loan requests up to $250,000 and recommend bundled products and services.
• Maintain operational controls, security, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, audit requirements, and SAFE Act registration obligations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least three years of sales experience and two years of managerial experience or proven leadership ability.
• Strong knowledge of business banking products, services, profitability, and client relationship management.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish; proficiency is assessed.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, internet, and email.
• M&T Way Certification and Precision Leadership Certification; insurance licensing and M&T Business Banking Specialist certification are required within specified timeframes after hire.
