Senior Client Service Representative (Hourly)

Location: On-site full-time at Edmonton-Millwoods Main St, Edmonton, AB; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance and during banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Support clients with day-to-day banking needs, accounts, and financial products.
• Answer questions, assist with transactions, and resolve client issues.
• Connect clients with the appropriate CIBC team members to support their financial goals.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.
• Deliver a meaningful client experience through empathetic, accountable service.

Requirements

• Experience or expertise in financial services products and customer service.
• Strong problem-solving, listening, questioning, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Client-first mindset, accountability, goal orientation, and empathy.
• Ability to work on-site full-time and at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified location in Canada; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
