Senior Digital Learning & Development Facilitator & Talent Management (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Dallas, TX, with two days per week in the Dallas office and three days working remotely. The arrangement may change based on business needs.

Annual pay range: $77,700–$120,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and execute training and education strategies for Talent Management implementations, including Workday Career Hub and Workday Learn/Create powered by Sana.
• Own project and program workstreams across strategy, design, execution, delivery, communications, change management, and stakeholder management.
• Design modern learning experiences using AI, digital platforms, and learning resources to build priority skills and capabilities.
• Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person learning experiences for multiple audiences, levels, and topics.
• Build and maintain Talent Management sites, digital resources, and supporting content.
• Evaluate program impact through participation, adoption, and effectiveness metrics.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Talent Management, Talent Development, Adult Learning, or a related field.
• Fluency with emerging technologies, generative AI tools such as Google Gemini and Microsoft Copilot, and AI-native digital platforms.
• Experience translating business and capability needs into engaging learning experiences using the 70-20-10 model.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and dynamic facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple programs, workstreams, deliverables, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong collaboration skills and a broad understanding of learning, performance management, career development, and leadership development.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing Talent Management initiatives through Workday Career Hub.
• Familiarity with Workday Learn/Create powered by Sana or similar platforms.
• Certifications in change management, learning and development, or coaching, such as Prosci, ATD, or ICF.
