hirify.global is hiring for an operational management role focused on Agile project and team coordination.

What you will do

• Manage sprint content and align delivery with the product roadmap.
• Track estimates, risks, alerts, ticket progress, planning, and unforeseen work.
• Assign project topics and coordinate work across the team.
• Coordinate testing phases with QA, capture feedback, and plan fixes.
• Organize daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain team cohesion, collaborate with other teams, and support team members’ development.

Requirements

• Significant proven experience managing large-scale Agile projects.
• Experience as a Product Owner.
• Strong organization, rigor, autonomy, listening, and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
• Proactive approach, positive attitude, and motivation to learn and progress.
