What you will do

• Lead the implementation of multiple complex project management initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Define project scope, identify resources, and develop schedules for high-priority IT projects.
• Provide reporting insights and root cause analyses to executive and senior management.
• Coach, mentor, and supervise project team members and contractors.
• Manage project expectations and track progress to ensure timely milestone achievement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent work experience.
• 6–8 years of experience in project management.
• 5+ years of experience driving large-scale technology and data-driven transformation plans.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to handle stressful situations.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain
