What you will do

• Kick off, oversee, and manage key Product, Development, and IT Projects.
• Collaboratively define project scope, identify resources, set goals, and develop schedules.
• Drive implementation of multiple, complex project management initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate with stakeholders and management, providing insights through root cause analyses.
• Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors.
• Track and report project progress, ensuring the approach can be leveraged by junior Project Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6-8 years of experience in project management.
• 5+ years experience driving large-scale technology and data-driven project management transformation plans.
• Advanced knowledge of business applications including Microsoft (Excel, Project, Teams).
• Demonstrated ability to proactively communicate, persuade, and work collaboratively at all organizational levels.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, adapt, identify problems, and create mitigation plans.
