EMEA Project Manager (German and English speaker) (F/M) - Paris or Germany

Location: Must be based in Paris for a hybrid role or Germany for a fully remote role.

What you will do

• Lead customer projects from requirements definition through deployment, including schedules, scope, budget estimates, implementation plans, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to keep projects aligned with scope, timelines, and budget.
• Monitor project status and revise scope, schedules, or budgets when required.
• Maintain day-to-day relationships with client stakeholders and communicate project status and changes.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout deployment and manage handovers to Customer Success Management.
• Report outcomes and risks, escalate issues, and contribute to continuous delivery improvement.

Requirements

• Location: Paris with hybrid attendance or Germany with full remote work.
• Full proficiency in German and proficiency in English.
• Four or more years of project management experience.
• Experience deploying web technologies and software platforms for usability.
• Strong attention to deadlines, budgets, project quality, and performance standards.
• Experience working with management stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional resources.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French.
• Experience deploying SaaS solutions.
• Experience with Teams, Klaxoon, Miro, or Notion.
• Digital workplace knowledge or interest.
