What you will do

• Work with collaborators, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to facilitate project intake, discovery, and align with business goals.
• Maintain project status transparency, provide reporting, and track key metrics for project health.
• Champion process optimization, change management, and continuous improvement culture.
• Conduct project discovery, risk analysis, scope definition, and regular performance reviews.
• Coordinate release planning and facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with governance, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• More than 6 years as Project Manager directing strategic intake, discovery, delivery, and change management.
• Expertise in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills aligning projects with business goals and driving improvements.
• Experience managing complex projects in matrix organizations, multiple priorities, and reporting to leadership.
• Proficiency with Jira & Confluence, resource management, and capacity planning.
• Authorized to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of software development workflows, automated deployments, and coding platforms.
• AgilePM, PgMP, PMP, or CSM certification.
• Experience in gaming or entertainment technology sector.
• Passion for mobile games and social casino category.
