What you will do

• Manage complex programs and end-to-end post-merger integration projects.
• Develop integration strategies, guiding principles, and business cases to capture transaction value.
• Lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders across diverse global workstreams.
• Track project activities against schedules, manage risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate effective communication and bridge operations between different business functions.
• Prepare status reports, steering committee presentations, and manage project administration.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in leading major projects and M&A integration.
• Proven track record in managing large-scope, complex programs in a commercial environment.
• Background in finance and understanding of business processes.
• PMP certification or formal project management training.
• Exceptional communication skills in English (C1+).
• Experience in IT solutions or the aviation/airport industry.
