Talent Acquisition Specialist (AI)

Location: Mountain View, United States; on-site

Salary: $50–$60 per hour, with potential discretionary bonuses, incentives, and equity.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design roles.
• Partner with hiring managers, founders, and company leaders to define hiring needs and recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing methods.
• Manage multiple searches while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and move candidates efficiently through the hiring process.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in startups or fast-growing technology companies.
• Strong experience hiring Software Engineers, AI Engineers, Product Managers, Product Designers, and Visual Designers.
• Experience working in small, fast-paced startup environments with changing priorities.
• Strong sourcing skills, including passive candidate outreach.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, organization, and attention to detail.
• Comfort working directly with founders and senior leaders and maintaining data integrity in an ATS.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting Product Marketing or other go-to-market roles.
• Experience recruiting for AI, SaaS, or consumer technology companies.
• Experience using Ashby ATS.
