Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Mountain View, on-site.

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 annual base pay, plus potential discretionary bonuses, equity, and benefits that may vary by employment type and country work location.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design roles.
• Partner with hiring managers, founders, and company leaders to understand hiring needs and create recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing methods.
• Manage multiple searches while delivering a strong candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and move candidates efficiently through the hiring process.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in startups or fast-growing technology companies.
• Strong experience hiring Software Engineers, AI Engineers, Product Managers, Product Designers, and Visual Designers.
• Experience working in small, fast-paced startup environments where priorities change quickly.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience finding passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, especially regarding data integrity in the Ashby ATS.
• Comfort working directly with founders and senior leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting Product Marketing or other go-to-market roles.
• Experience recruiting for AI, SaaS, or consumer technology companies.
• Experience using Ashby ATS.
