Location: San Francisco, United States; in-person 5 days per week

Salary: $150,000–$225,000 base salary, plus equity

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and business roles, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and closing.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define hiring strategies and maintain efficient processes.
• Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience from initial outreach through offer.
• Build and improve recruiting infrastructure, including pipelines, documentation, ATS hygiene, and interview processes.
• Use data and market insights to advise on compensation, hiring pace, and sourcing priorities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and business roles.
• Experience with modern recruiting tools such as Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, or Harmonic.
• Experience working with recruiting agencies and calibrating them on ideal hires.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with candidates while evaluating talent.
• Comfort working with ambiguity, defining direction, and driving execution.
• Ability to work in person in San Francisco five days per week.
