Talent Partner (AI)

Location: SF Bay Area; hybrid, with onsite work at the Mountain View HQ two days a week.

Salary: $120K–$150K base, plus equity and either a bonus plan or commission structure depending on the role.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and close across GTM, Operations, G&A, Engineering, Product, and other functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles, calibrate expectations, advise on scope, level, compensation, and market conditions, and provide clear candidate recommendations.
• Build targeted outbound pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, market research, personalized outreach, and relationship development.
• Run screens and interview loops, assess experience, skills, and motivation, maintain timely feedback, and guide offer and closing conversations.
• Use Claude and other AI tools to research, source, screen, schedule, build agents and automations, and improve recruiting workflows.
• Own pipeline data and reporting in Ashby, identify bottlenecks, and lead projects across referrals, employer branding, tooling, structured interviewing, and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of prior in-house recruiting experience at fast-growing startups.
• Experience owning searches and building recruiting processes in a fast-moving, resource-lean environment.
• Strong sourcing skills, including market research, finding qualified candidates, thoughtful outreach, and relationship building.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar roles and support hiring across functions.
• Ability to understand candidate motivations, build trust, and guide career decisions.
• Clear communication with candidates, hiring partners, and teammates; strong follow-through, organization, initiative, judgment, and problem-solving.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, Juicebox, or similar for sourcing, screening, or workflow automation, with enthusiasm for changing how recruiting gets done.
• Ability to work onsite at the Mountain View HQ two days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for GTM, Operations, or G&A roles at a high-growth AI or cybersecurity company.
• Hands-on experience with Ashby or a comparable ATS and the ability to turn pipeline data into insights.
