Culture and Capabilities Manager

Location: New York, New York, United States; in-office 4–5 days per week

Salary: $95,000–$115,000 USD annually, plus equity; range is based on NYC market data and may vary outside NYC

The Farmer’s Dog provides personalized, freshly made dog food through a direct-to-consumer subscription service and develops broader personalized pet-care experiences.

What you will do

• Build and maintain intake processes, templates, trackers, and operating rhythms for learning programs.
• Own end-to-end learning delivery, including planning, scheduling, logistics, communications, and facilitator coordination.
• Manage the learning experience platform, including enrollment, content, learner communications, and reporting.
• Create learning materials such as facilitation decks, workbooks, tip sheets, and pre- and post-session activities; facilitate sessions.
• Build company-wide culture programming and embed cultural expectations into onboarding and performance enablement.
• Partner on employee listening outcomes and translate insights into the culture programming roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience across learning and development, talent management, people programs, or employee experience.
• Experience building and launching programs that changed what people know or do.
• Understanding of adult learning design, program structure, practice, follow-up, and evaluation.
• Strong experience producing and delivering programs, with attention to design details and execution quality.
• Clear written and verbal communication, data fluency, and ability to use tools and AI to improve productivity.
• Ability and willingness to work in the office 4–5 days per week in New York City.
