Director, Learning & Development

Location: New York, New York, United States; onsite

Salary: $145,000–$180,000 base salary per year, depending on skills and experience, plus potential bonuses, commission, and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Define and lead talent management and succession planning strategies.
• Build and scale onboarding, manager training, leadership development, and high-potential programs.
• Partner with People Partners and business leaders on talent reviews, development plans, and succession strategies for critical roles.
• Use data and insights to identify talent trends, measure program effectiveness, and improve ROI.
• Develop inclusive and equitable talent practices that expand opportunity and internal mobility.

Requirements

• Experience building and scaling talent management and leadership development strategies in high-growth environments.
• Ability to translate data into actionable talent and business insights.
• Experience influencing and partnering with senior leaders to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams while remaining involved in execution.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and take ownership in fast-paced, evolving environments.
