Salary: $102,400–$179,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Lead enterprise culture transformation initiatives that improve employee experience, engagement, retention, productivity, and organizational performance.
• Design and execute an enterprise wellness strategy with measurable outcomes and return on investment.
• Create scalable programs that activate organizational Values and the Employee Value Proposition across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with Benefits, HR, Employee Experience & Culture, and business leaders to integrate culture, belonging, and wellbeing into workforce practices.
• Lead employee listening and engagement strategies, translating workforce insights and sentiment data into actionable improvements.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives, external partners, budgets, timelines, resources, metrics, and innovative AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

• 7 or more years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience, including leadership of enterprise programs, initiatives, or teams.
• Experience developing enterprise wellness strategies with measurable outcomes and return on investment.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation and change initiatives.
• Strong strategic planning, program design, project management, analytical, facilitation, influence, and executive communication skills.
• Willingness to travel; a relevant degree is preferred.
