People Experience Manager

Location: Onsite in Boston, MA or Manchester, NH; Boston-based employees are expected to work from the Manchester headquarters 2–3 days per week. The culture is 5 days a week in the office.

Annual base salary: $100,000–$120,000, plus potential equity, corporate bonus, and benefits.

What you will do

• Design, launch, and continuously improve employee experience and People programs across the employee lifecycle.
• Lead employee listening initiatives, including engagement and pulse surveys, and turn insights into action.
• Partner with the Chief People Officer and Talent Development leader on learning, manager development, career growth, and organizational priorities.
• Coach employees and managers through performance conversations, team dynamics, employee relations, change, and other sensitive People matters.
• Own onboarding and offboarding for U.S. and international employees, coordinating with managers, IT, payroll, benefits, and external partners.
• Improve People workflows and technology, using systems, automation, and AI to create scalable employee experiences.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of progressive experience in Employee Experience, People Programs, People Operations, HR Business Partnering, or a related People role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience designing People programs, supporting employee lifecycle processes, coaching managers, and handling employee relations and sensitive situations.
• Strong program and project management, communication, judgment, emotional intelligence, and operational skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, make judgment calls, and build trust across levels and functions.
• Ability to work onsite in Boston or Manchester, NH, including regular attendance at the Manchester headquarters.
