Salary: $75,000 – $96,000 Annually

What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, sales, and operations, focusing on sourcing passive talent.
- Partner with the CEO to define role requirements, build scorecards, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
- Design and implement a company-wide KPI framework and performance review cadence.
- Build HR infrastructure, including leveling, documentation, and compliance basics.
- Create and execute structured 30, 60, and 90-day onboarding plans for new hires.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee feedback and organizational health.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in recruiting and/or people operations.
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing candidates in competitive markets.
- Experience building hiring processes, performance frameworks, or onboarding programs from scratch.
- Strong data literacy with the ability to build and maintain KPI dashboards.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate strategically and operationally.
- Must be able to work on-site at the Los Angeles headquarters.
Nice to have
- Experience hiring for AI, data, or creator economy companies.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, martech, or creator platforms.
- Background as an early-stage people hire.
- Exposure to companies undergoing strategic pivots or transformation.
