Salary: $75,000 – $96,000 Annually

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, sales, and operations, focusing on sourcing passive talent.
• Partner with the CEO to define role requirements, build scorecards, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
• Design and implement a company-wide KPI framework and performance review cadence.
• Build HR infrastructure, including leveling, documentation, and compliance basics.
• Create and execute structured 30, 60, and 90-day onboarding plans for new hires.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee feedback and organizational health.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in recruiting and/or people operations.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing candidates in competitive markets.
• Experience building hiring processes, performance frameworks, or onboarding programs from scratch.
• Strong data literacy with the ability to build and maintain KPI dashboards.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate strategically and operationally.
• Must be able to work on-site at the Los Angeles headquarters.

• Experience hiring for AI, data, or creator economy companies.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing, martech, or creator platforms.
• Background as an early-stage people hire.
