Head of People & Talent (AI)

Location: In-office at the Los Angeles headquarters, United States

Salary: $75,000–$96,000 annually

SocialNative.AI is a ten-year-old creator marketing intelligence company pivoting toward AI-powered creator marketing intelligence, with four issued US patents, a proprietary dataset of more than 1.8 million creator collaborations, and authenticated access to creator audiences across Meta and TikTok.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, sales, customer success, and operations.
• Source passive talent through direct outreach, communities, referrals, and unconventional channels.
• Partner with the CEO and department leads to define hiring profiles, build scorecards, and improve the candidate experience.
• Build and own the company-wide KPI framework, role-specific metrics, quarterly goals, and performance dashboards.
• Design structured performance reviews and identify training, motivation, and fit issues early.
• Run 30-, 60-, and 90-day onboarding plans and build scalable HR infrastructure, including leveling, documentation, and compliance basics.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience across recruiting and/or people operations.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing passive candidates, including candidates with stronger-known alternatives.
• Experience building a hiring process, performance framework, or onboarding program from scratch.
• Strong judgment about people, excellent written communication, and the ability to operate strategically and operationally.
• Comfort building KPI dashboards, interpreting data, and identifying meaningful performance indicators.
• Willingness to work in-office at the Los Angeles headquarters.

• Experience hiring for AI, data, or creator economy companies.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing, martech, or creator platforms.
