Senior Analyst, Sales Analytics

Salary: $88,400–$130,000 USD per year, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Partner with sales and strategy teams to address pain points for small and medium-sized business merchants.
• Develop and execute initiatives aligned with the sales organization’s merchant growth strategy.
• Run sales experiments and lead market intelligence efforts using data-driven decision-making.
• Build models evaluating the economics, value, and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives.
• Identify growth opportunities within merchant accounts and improve sales performance.
• Lead cross-functional projects with sales, partner management, operations, product, engineering, business operations, and business development teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, or strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Advanced SQL, basic Python or R, AI, and data modeling experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to deliver actionable recommendations from complex datasets.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, tracking OKRs, and achieving goals in a complex, fast-moving environment.
• Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.
