Employee Relationship Manager - Financial Wellness Solutions

What you will do

• Deliver financial wellness solutions, new-hire orientations, financial education seminars, and benefits programs for client workforces.
• Acquire consumers through outbound lead generation, appointments, and referrals, supporting relationships from onboarding through ongoing service.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and corporate banking clients.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to address customer needs and follow up on referrals.
• Create differentiated customer experiences through presentations, conversations, and events held at external locations.
• Influence annual marketing and communications plans using workforce knowledge, surveys, utilization reports, and related data.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
• Typically 4+ years of related business or functional experience, or relevant product knowledge.
• Experience with client relationship building, relationship management, customer loyalty, negotiation, and new business development.
• Knowledge of banking products, customer experience management, digital awareness, sales, and customer needs analysis.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, adaptability, and prioritization skills.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
