Manager - Client (Banking)

Salary: $59,467–$94,975 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Lead, hire, coach, and develop branch sales and service colleagues.
• Drive exemplary client service, issue resolution, client retention, and relationship growth.
• Train colleagues on banking products, identify referral and cross-selling opportunities, and support branch sales goals.
• Manage outbound calling, client site visits, new business development, and portfolio opportunities.
• Monitor branch operational integrity, risk management, loss prevention, audits, certifications, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with branch managers, relationship managers, and internal banking divisions to deliver client solutions.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of direct client service experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in a banking environment.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of bank policies, procedures, products, services, audit practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, organization, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, team-building, interpersonal, and sales management abilities.
