Relationship Manager Senior

Location: In office at 525 South Flower Street, Los Angeles, California, US

Starting base salary: $78,970–$126,140 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Acquire new small-business and personal clients and deepen existing relationships through cross-selling.
• Manage a client portfolio and provide tailored financial advice across deposits, investments, credit, loans, and lines of credit.
• Develop and apply a disciplined business development, sales, and service plan.
• Deliver consistent client experiences, resolve escalations, and coordinate with internal partners.
• Build community visibility through networking, civic affairs, and business or industry organizations.
• Manage lending, operational, regulatory, and credit risks while complying with bank policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of direct sales experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a financial institution.
• Good standing under the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (Safe Act), with registration or licensing in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, or eligibility to register.
• Knowledge of personal and business banking products, financial statements, negotiation, and economic conditions.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including CIP, KYC, and applicable bank policies.
