Relationship Banker (Fintech)

Location: Yardley, United States; onsite branch role with availability for branch hours, including weekends and evenings

Salary: $38,250–$61,000 annual base pay

What you will do

• Build and maintain customer relationships by understanding financial needs and providing tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions.
• Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Prospect for new clients through referrals, networking, lead calling, portfolio management, and community engagement.
• Deliver personalized service, resolve concerns, and educate customers on digital banking and self-service tools.
• Collaborate with branch colleagues and partners to achieve sales targets and branch performance goals.
• Follow regulatory requirements and internal policies for risk and fraud management.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship is required.
• High school diploma or GED required; a related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Either 3+ years of sales experience in an incentive-based environment, or 12+ months of retail banking, financial services, consultative relationship sales, or qualifying hirify.global experience.
• At least 12 months of customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building, customer service, sales, communication, consultative, and influencing skills.
• Computer proficiency, basic math skills, digital tool proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are required.

Nice to have

• Established work history or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
