Financial Relationship Banker

Location: Office-based in Anna, Texas, United States. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States. Immigration sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Provide customer service and resolve consumer and business customer issues.
• Identify financial goals and recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Grow and retain customer relationships through appointments, referrals, follow-up programs, and sales processes.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank and build internal partnerships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or relevant military administration, contracting, or civil affairs experience.
• Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
• Knowledge of banking products, consumer and business deposits, lending, investments, and customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfort using mobile and online banking technology.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, retail sales, or business-to-business sales.
