Senior Manager, Enterprise Product Strategy, Americas (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define win themes, stakeholder maps, executive alignment, and pursuit narratives for complex enterprise opportunities.
• Build ROI/TCO models, pricing architectures, and commercial structures in partnership with Deal Desk, Legal, and Risk.
• Co-develop solution scopes with Solution Architects, validating feasibility, delivery phases, risks, and customer outcomes.
• Lead C-suite briefings, proof-of-value engagements, workshops, and relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
• Create playbooks, battlecards, competitor analyses, and vertical white papers to enable enterprise sales teams.
• Translate enterprise requirements and market trends into product use cases and prioritization while tracking pursuit performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with strong academic achievements.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise go-to-market strategy, pre-sales consulting, or product strategy.
• Strong executive engagement, communication, relationship-building, and decision-maker credibility.
• Technical fluency in acquiring, issuing, wallets, treasury, and foreign exchange, with the ability to engage at an architectural level.
• Ability to work independently and develop customer paths forward in ambiguous circumstances.

• Knowledge of payments or financial services.
• Hands-on experience developing product solutions in-house or in a consulting role.
• Strategic and creative problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to complex obstacles.
