Senior Product Manager, Payments (AI)

Location: Remote - US

Base pay range: $153,935–$213,000 USD annually, with potential equity and/or variable pay.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for payment acceptance, card issuing, and supporting financial infrastructure.
• Expand payment capabilities through new payment methods, card programs, and financial partners.
• Partner with Business Development and Product leaders to develop and launch payments partnerships.
• Collaborate with hirify.globalering, design, marketing, customer experience, and sales from ideation through post-launch.
• Use AI in product development and build AI-native experiences for payments and spend management.
• Represent Payments in executive discussions, cross-functional forums, and customer deep dives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including substantial experience with technical or platform products.
• Experience owning complex backend systems end to end and shipping products that other teams and customers depend on.
• Strong technical depth in architecture, tradeoffs, and system design.
• Ability to build and scale cross-functional systems while connecting strategy with execution.
• Daily use of AI tools and experience shipping AI-powered features or workflows.
• Hands-on, collaborative approach with strong customer focus.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in payments, credit cards, or fintech.
• Exposure to payment acceptance, card issuing, authorization, settlement, or reconciliation.
