Senior Product Manager, Payments (Fintech)

Base pay: $153,935–$213,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for payment acceptance, card issuing, and supporting financial infrastructure.
• Expand payment capabilities through new payment methods, card programs, and financial partnerships.
• Partner with Business Development and Product leaders to shape and launch payments ecosystem partnerships.
• Collaborate with hirify.globalering, design, marketing, customer experience, and sales from ideation through post-launch.
• Build AI-native payment experiences and use AI to improve product management workflows.
• Represent Payments in executive discussions, cross-functional forums, and customer deep dives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including substantial experience with technical or platform products.
• Experience owning complex backend systems end to end and shipping products used by other teams and customers.
• Technical depth in architecture, tradeoffs, and system design, with the ability to contribute to technical reviews.
• Ability to build and scale cross-functional systems while connecting strategy with execution.
• Customer-focused, hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable working across functions.
• Daily use of AI tools and experience shipping AI-powered features or workflows.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in payments, credit cards, or fintech.
• Exposure to payment acceptance, card issuing, authorization, settlement, or reconciliation.
