Senior Director, Product Management (Fintech)

Location: Remote US

Annual base pay: $350,750–$391,000 in most U.S. states; $391,000–$431,250 in CA, WA, NY, NJ, and CT. Total compensation may also include equity, stipends, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define the multi-year vision and roadmap for Affirm Card, including direct-to-consumer and virtual card products.
• Oversee the Card Platform supporting authorization, ledgering, servicing, controls, and merchant and partner integrations.
• Manage and develop product managers and product leaders while establishing scalable product standards and decision frameworks.
• Own GMV, engagement, unit economics, profitability, risk, and credit outcomes for the Card domain.
• Drive platform capabilities such as APIs, controls, and servicing systems in partnership with Engineering.
• Align senior stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Credit, Legal, Partnerships, Finance, and go-to-market teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years of product management experience, including leadership of multi-team product areas or platforms.
• Experience owning large domains or business lines with significant financial impact.
• Experience managing managers and building high-performing product teams.
• Strong strategic, systems-thinking, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Experience in payments, cards, fintech, or adjacent infrastructure, including consumer products and backend platforms.
