Senior Director, Product Management (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States. Most work is remote, with occasional in-person work possible and an in-person onboarding experience for new hires.

Base pay: $305,000–$340,000 per year in most U.S. states; $340,000–$375,000 per year in California, Washington, New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

What you will do

• Define and execute the multi-year vision for Affirm Card, including consumer experience, growth, economics, and new card products.
• Lead U.S. direct-to-consumer card products and oversee the Card Platform supporting authorization, ledgering, servicing, controls, and integrations.
• Translate company strategy into a roadmap spanning multiple product teams and systems.
• Manage and develop PMs and PM leaders while establishing scalable product standards, operating cadences, and decision frameworks.
• Own GMV, engagement, unit economics, and credit outcomes, partnering with Finance and Credit on profitability and risk.
• Align Engineering, Design, Credit, Legal, Partnerships, GTM, and external network, processor, and wallet partners.

Requirements

• 15+ years of product management experience, including leadership of multi-team product areas or platforms.
• Experience owning large domains or business lines with significant financial impact.
• Experience managing managers and building high-performing product organizations.
• Experience in payments, cards, fintech, or adjacent infrastructure.
• Ability to work across consumer-facing products and backend platforms, make systems-level tradeoffs, and drive data-informed decisions.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States.
