What you will do

• Define and drive the multi-year vision for Affirm Card across consumer experience, growth, and economics.
• Lead US direct-to-consumer card products and the underlying Card Platform, including authorization and ledgering.
• Manage and scale a high-performing product organization by developing PMs and PM leaders.
• Own critical business outcomes including GMV, engagement, unit economics, and credit performance.
• Drive platform capabilities and APIs to unlock velocity and scalability across different geographies and partners.
• Align senior stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Credit, Legal, and external network providers.

Requirements

• 15+ years in product management with experience leading multi-team product areas or platforms.
• Proven track record of managing managers and building scalable PM systems and culture.
• Deep expertise in payments, cards, fintech, or adjacent financial infrastructure.
• Ability to operate at a portfolio level, connecting product decisions to company strategy.
• Must be based in the USA.
