What you will do

• Own the customer experience and rewards product roadmap from ideation to launch.
• Manage end-to-end user flows across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
• Define and analyze KPIs using qualitative and quantitative research to drive product strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality improvements.
• Utilize AI tools to create wireframes, mock-ups, and user flows.
• Identify and resolve friction points in the customer journey to improve retention.

Requirements

• Proven experience in high-cadence shipping of product updates.
• Expertise across cross-platform environments including iOS, Android, and Web.
• Experience managing products with hundreds of thousands of users.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical understanding of product economics.
• Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite leadership.
• Must be able to work from the London office 3 days per week.
