What you will do
- Own the customer experience and rewards product roadmap from ideation to launch.
- Manage end-to-end user flows across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
- Define and analyze KPIs using qualitative and quantitative research to drive product strategy.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality improvements.
- Utilize AI tools to create wireframes, mock-ups, and user flows.
- Identify and resolve friction points in the customer journey to improve retention.
Requirements
- Proven experience in high-cadence shipping of product updates.
- Expertise across cross-platform environments including iOS, Android, and Web.
- Experience managing products with hundreds of thousands of users.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical understanding of product economics.
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite leadership.
- Must be able to work from the London office 3 days per week.
