Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own a product area end-to-end and make autonomous product decisions.
• Build deep expertise in the customer, competitive, and commercial context of the area.
• Turn complex problems into clear discussions and decisions for stakeholders and engineers.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, maintaining delivery quality and communicating risks early.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to communicate product direction through leadership level.
• Line-manage PMs or APMs where appropriate for the product area.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with a record of autonomous ownership and delivered decisions.
• Strong facilitation, communication, commercial judgment, and executive-level presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver without issues slipping unnoticed.
• Comfort working across front-end user experience and back-end system architecture.
• Knowledge of financial services and compliance concepts such as KYC, KYB, or IDV, or direct experience optimizing customer journeys.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and Design; prior line management of PMs or APMs is beneficial but not required.

Nice to have

• Existing knowledge of both financial services compliance and journey optimization.
• Previous experience line-managing PMs or APMs.

Hiring process

• 30-minute virtual introduction with the Talent team.
• 60-minute interview with a Lead Product Manager or Director of Product, followed by office interviews with Product and Engineering representatives and the Director of Product.
• 30-minute conversation with the CEO.
