Floating Assistant General Manager (Self Storage)

Location: Onsite at 1606 Plantation Rd, Dallas, TX, with shift coverage at 140 Centennial Blvd, Richardson, TX.

Salary: $16.27–$19.52 per hour, plus eligibility for a monthly performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Open, close, secure, and maintain daily store operations.
• Drive rentals, protection plans, merchandise sales, and customer relationships.
• Order, receive, stock, price, and display products.
• Process payments, balance receipts, and complete bank deposit drops.
• Assist with online auctions and support customers with storage solutions.
• Conduct safety inspections, lock checks, cleaning, light maintenance, and landscaping.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and independent-work skills.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation for travel to vendors and other worksites.
• Ability to lift 30+ pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying environmental conditions.
• Basic to moderate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Availability Monday through Saturday on a flexible schedule.
