Sr. FP&A Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Encino, California, United States; 2–3 days per week in the Encino office. Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 USD base pay annually, plus discretionary bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Support the Annual Operating Plan, monthly forecasts, latest estimates, and long-range financial plans.
• Build and maintain models for revenue, gross margin, selling costs, contribution margin, customer profitability, marketing investment, product launches, pricing, and promotions.
• Analyze performance across customers, channels, products, and packages, including volume, price, mix, distribution, and promotional activity.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting, variance analyses, executive presentations, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Partner with Accounting, Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, and senior leadership on commercial and financial decisions.
• Maintain data models and reporting processes while identifying opportunities to automate recurring analyses using ERP, BI, financial planning, and approved AI tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, financial analysis, business analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience analyzing large, complex datasets.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools, plus aptitude for AI and automation in financial reporting.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and work onsite in Encino 2–3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in CPG, food and beverage, retail, or another customer- or channel-driven business.
• Experience with hirify.global-specific systems is not required; strong finance fundamentals and the ability to learn quickly are valued.
