Sr. Financial Analyst (Strategic Finance)

Location: Woburn, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $100,000–$115,000 annual base salary, plus a corporate bonus

What you will do

• Analyze revenue, cost, margin, productivity, customer, product, and operational performance metrics.
• Build dashboards, reporting frameworks, forward-looking metrics, financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Use AI-enabled analytics, forecasting, research, and modeling tools to improve insight generation and planning accuracy.
• Prepare executive presentations, briefing materials, business cases, recommendations, and data-driven narratives.
• Partner with business, Data, Business Intelligence, and Technology teams to improve data quality, automate analysis, and define success metrics.
• Evaluate ROI, payback, margin impact, risk, strategic alignment, investments, pricing decisions, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or another quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Strategic Finance, Business Operations, Consulting, Investment Banking, or related analytical roles.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and business case development skills.
• Experience with AI-enabled productivity or analytics tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Tableau AI, Power BI Copilot, Anaplan, or Adaptive Planning.
• Strong spreadsheet skills, including Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, plus exposure to planning tools and systems such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or SAP.
• Ability to communicate complex quantitative findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders and develop reporting requirements and business metrics.
