Production Associate (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Bainbridge Island, Washington, United States

Salary: $18.50–$19.55 per hour, plus an additional $0.50 per hour shift differential for 2nd Shift employees.

• Perform manufacturing and assembly tasks according to quality and production standards.
• Follow detailed product specifications and production procedures.
• Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail throughout the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Support continuous improvement and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
